| C, C++, Java, Javascript, Perl, Python, PHP, XML, XHTML A couple other random ones... I can code in pretty much anything as long as I can look at a few examples to get the specifics down. | |

Sorry for revive, I'll have to disagree with you, correct me if I'm wrong, I havn't read the SRC and I can't really code myself, but from what I know, based on the W:ET SRC code, for example, an invincibility hack would be impossible. Still, a couple of days ago I was playing on a server, and I encountered someone with one of those. The guy was just standing there, in our spawm, looking at us, and no matter how hard we shot he just took the shots without dying. I'm positive it wasn't lag, it's lasted for more than 10 mins and the guy just walked and talked and did stuff casually. I say, with an open SRC, anything is possible.

| Actually with any method, anything is possible. Being open source just makes it a bit easier, and eventually more secure due to bugs being found faster.
That being said...
An invincibility hack is not possible. You cannot alter your HP unless you can hack the engine itself. However, the server holds the engine, not the client, in ET, and therefore in TCE.
I seriously doubt it's an invincibility hack... It's more likely a hitbox bug.

| Negative, we could clearly see we were hitting him, meaning that even if it put his feet hitboxes on his head, he'd still have died after 4 or 5 shots. However, he just didn,t seem to get hurt at all. That being said, I have no idea how he could have done it. | |

| I think its done with the maxpackets, snaps, etc, settings... All servers are protected against players using values outside the "fair" ranges, but might been a newb server? or a server admin? which server was it? and player name? | |
